Since the proposed adult-use regulations’ public comment period closed back in mid-February, New York’s cannabis regulators have been diligently reviewing feedback and updating the regulations. They plan to release the revised adult-use cannabis regulations at the next meeting of the Cannabis Control Board, which will be held on or around May 11, 2023.
